- - Order on 31 July 2025 was cancelled.
- - The goods were divided into 3 parts for 3 Temu partners and the refund has not been paid.
I ordered goods on 31 july 2025 and it was cancelled.. After the cancellation I was shown that the goods where divided into 3 parts which belong to 3 different partners under Temu.
And my money has not being paid back.
Pls check on 31 july 2025 orders and send the money back to my account. Tnx

- - Charged twice on June 17, 2025, and 28.480 Rial charged again yesterday at 2 p.m.
- - The system saves your account and checkout doesn't require OTP.
They took 2 times payment in my account, during the period of the order that was June 17, 2025. Then yesterday, Sunday afternoon around 2 p.m., they took the same amount, 28.480 Rial.
So it's really bothering me so much and I'm skeptical about ordering online, that anytime your system can take money without my permission. And it automatically saves our account in your system, so for checkout, it will never ask for OTP, which means we don't have security when it comes to your system.
Preferred solution: Full refund
